Job Requirements:

• Ford dealership (car & light/med truck) parts experience is absolutely necessary!
• Hyundai dealership parts experience is not necessary, but willingness to learn it is
• Self-disciplined, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (email)
• Highly computer/technology proficient, email, catalogs, websites/webforms
• Must be professional in both appearance and attitude
• A TEAM player that enjoys a fast-paced, challenging work environment
• Must demonstrate detailed attention to many time sensitive activities at once
• Candidates must be willing to submit a pre-employment background check

Parts Department Duties:

• Accurately specify, quote, order, receive and bill/invoice all parts
• Assist each external and internal customer with their own unique requests
• Utilize an effective method of daily customer order follow-up
• Promptly answer/return phone calls, voicemails and emails
• Achieve and maintain Master certification with manufacturers training programs
• Assist with parts inventory management through manual and electronic bin counts
• Maintain, clean and stock shelves and drawers
• Assist in general daily/weekly/monthly departmental housekeeping

• Automotive Technicians perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards and requirements.
• Automotive Technicians diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including flushes, oil changes, tire rotations.
• Automotive Technicians provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs.
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology.
• Inspect and test new vehicles and record findings so that necessary repairs can be made.

Job Requirements

Graham Auto Mall is looking for an experienced Janitor to join our team!

This person would be responsible for cleaning our Service Departments in the evening from 6 pm to 2 am Monday-Friday (hours subject to change).

Duties would include but not limited to:

• Must be able to run a floor scrubber
• Sweeping and Mopping
• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs when emptying trash receptacles
• Must have experience using cleaners appropriately and safely
• Will need to be able to work independently
• Clean Service Buildings inside and out
• Clean up spills in bays
